LOCATION: All of Bay Area, CA | Type: Full-Time | Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Measure, cut, and install commercial tile with accuracy and efficiency
  
• Read plans, follow layouts, and keep a clean, professional job site
  
• Maintain safety, quality, and team collaboration on every project
  
• Use pull carts to transport materials efficiently and help keep work areal clean, organized, and safe
  
• Work with a foreman and team that supports each other to succeed
  
• Speak up when something can be done better--we want your input
  
• Support and guide tile apprentices on your crew--your expertise helps shape the next generation
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven tile setting experience in commercial or high-end residential work
  
• Attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
  
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (no truck needed--we handle material delivery with our flatbed)
  
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to incorporate our TileImpact Company culture
  
• Blueprint reading skills and layout experience preferred
