Location: Fremont, CA | Type: Full-Time | Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Load/unload tile, grout, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and pull carts
• Deliver materials to job sites using our flatbed truck with liftgate
• Push/pull loaded carts and pallets (with equipment)
• Lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs frequently; up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked
• Track materials and communicate shortages, returns, or damaged goods
• Work with our field teams, office, and vendors to make sure nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Reliable, physically capable, and organized
• Comfortable using text or WhatsApp to stay in touch
• Willing to take initiative, solve problems, and follow systems
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus (but we'll train the right person)
